What changed in each version of FlexiData. Lines marked Changes existing files alter what a .fdc file saved before does when it runs.

Changed
- The search in the Table and Dictionary dialogs marks what it found in yellow, as every other searchable list does, wherever in a cell or entry the text occurs.
- The category list no longer shows a category's Revit years (2026+, 2027, to 2025) at the end of its row; the Executor's check before a run still names such a category when the running Revit does not have it.

Changed
- In the Configurator the operation's name stands centered between the card's top edge and step 1, where it sat closer to the edge.
- Renaming an operation: only one name is edited at a time, and a click anywhere else — another operation, the card, a button — ends it, keeping the name typed when it can be kept and the old one when it is empty or another operation's; Enter / ✓ save and Esc / ✕ cancel as before.
- Every table and list in a dialog has its column headings on a pale band of the brand blue, in the Configurator and the Executor alike, carried on over the scrollbar to the table's edge.
- The dictionary's lists have the headings Parameter and Value, no longer a count beside their titles, and the ⓘ button gave way to a hint under the lists.
- In the Sequence dialog the Instance / Type tag in the name field appears only once a name is typed, the heading band is as tall as the rows, and every parameter's name starts under the Parameter heading.
- The Table and Dictionary dialogs open as tall as their rows (up to their former height, and can still be resized), as does the Executor's Configuration check; a table cell's text and a dictionary entry stand right under their column heading; the dictionary's tip moved into the line of Cancel and Apply, as the table's hint is, and both hints start with a capital and end with a period; the rows of a dictionary list end where its scrollbar starts; dialogs that only show something close with "Close" ("Schließen") instead of "OK" (operation info in the Configurator, the busy-elements summary in the Executor).
- Map Values' table has the dictionary's toolbar — a search, then Import, Export and Clear — over the table instead of text buttons in the foot, and the key and target halves 8 apart instead of 16; in the Executor the table is split into Look up by and Write to the same way.
- In the Configurator's Sequence dialog the column names stand on the heading band; Restart numbering for each, a single column, has none.
- The Executor's Sequence and Restart numbering for each look like the Configurator's — the prefix, the parameter with its chip and Instance / Type tag, and the suffix, each in its box - and its read-only Table, Sequence and Restart numbering dialogs are as tall as their rows and close with "Close" instead of "OK".
- The Executor's operation details read as one list of rows: the operation's type stands beside its name instead of under it, every field's label is smaller and paler against its value so the two are told apart at a glance, the labels share one narrow column instead of half the panel, Categories stands in that same column rather than above its chips, and the Instance / Type tags line up in a column of their own at the panel's right edge instead of following each name at a different place on every row. An operation that writes several parameters says "Write to" once over the list, not on each of them, and the rule that closed the panel's heading is gone.

Added
- The category list in the Configurator marks a category that not every Revit year has with its years (2026+, 2027, to 2025), and the Executor's check before a run names such a category when the running Revit does not have it, and says so when an operation therefore does nothing at all.
Changed
- The first of the small help buttons in the FlexiData ribbon panel reads "Manual" ("Handbuch") instead of "Getting started" ("Erste Schritte").
- The Executor's list of a Combine Values or Unique Identifier operation's parameters uses the Configurator's words: columns "Prefix", "Parameter" and "Suffix" ("Präfix", "Parameter", "Suffix") instead of "Before", "Name" and "After".
- Every dialog is named like the step or button that opens it, in the Configurator and the Executor alike: Combine Values' list of parts is "Sequence — the parameters to combine, in order" ("Sequenz — die zu kombinierenden Parameter, der Reihe nach") where it said "Parameters to combine — in the order they are combined", and the Executor's button for it reads "Sequence…" instead of "Show parameters…"; Map Values' table is "Table — the value for each key" ("Tabelle — der Wert für jeden Schlüssel") where it said "Mapping table", with what a blank cell does now written in its foot, its card counts "3 rows" instead of "3 mappings", and the Executor's button reads "Table…" instead of "Show table…"; the Dictionary… button opens "Dictionary" instead of "Dictionary Editor"; the filter's funnel says "Filter by…" ("Filtern nach…") on hover, as the editor it opens, instead of "Narrow down".
- The Executor's operation details call each field as the Configurator's step does — "Write to", "Parameter", "Copy from", "Paste into", "Read from", "Look up by", "Push from", "Push to", "Move to", "Grids", "Level filter", "Origin" — instead of "Target parameter", "Source parameter", "Parameter to push from", "Workset name" and the like.

Added
- Revit 2027: both installers put the Executor into Revit 2027 as well, so FlexiData's panel with the Configurator and Executor buttons appears on its ribbon.
- The category picker offers the categories Revit 2026 and 2027 added: Cable Types, Toposolid : Sub-divisions, and Boundary Conditions : Point, Line and Area Boundary Conditions; Electrical Spare/Space Circuits, which Revit 2026 no longer has, is no longer offered, and a saved operation that already uses it keeps it.
- The built-in parameter picker offers 138 element parameters Revit 2025, 2026 and 2027 added, with Revit's own English and German names — among them circuit cable and conductor sizes, rebar splices, cranks and mass, steel assembly marks, carbon and thermal data of materials, analytical member offsets and fabrication part weights. The 20 energy-analysis and stair parameters Revit 2027 no longer has stay offered for 2025 and 2026; in Revit 2027 the Executor's check before a run says that such a parameter does not exist there, and the run writes nothing to it and goes on.
Fixed
- The built-in parameter list offers again the eight parameters that Revit 2021 to 2024 or 2025 have and the newest Revits dropped — Hook At Start and Hook At End, End Treatment At Start and End Treatment At End, Hook Orientation At Start and Hook Orientation At End of rebar, Design Option Configuration and Fixed offset — since one configuration serves every Revit year; picked in a Revit that lacks one, the Executor says so before it runs.
- In Revit 2026 the Executor's "Current selection" option follows what you select while the window is open, as it does in Revit 2024 and 2025: it is unavailable when nothing is selected, and the count of selected elements updates as you pick.
