Smart tags

A smart tag is a placeholder in curly braces that FlexiData replaces per element when it runs: {Element_ID}, {Date_ISO}, {Project_Number}, {Family_Name}… There are 54 in six groups, all listed below.

Insert one with the tag button beside a text field, or type it — see Inserting smart tags.

{Project_Number}-{Element_ID} → 2417-384512
Checked {Date_ISO} by {Revit_User} → Checked 2026-10-22 by t.vyslotskyj
