Order of operations
Operations run top to bottom, in the order of the list on the left of the Configurator. Each one finishes on every element before the next starts, so a later operation sees what an earlier one wrote.
That makes chains possible:

Swap the two and the prefix is added to the old value, then overwritten by the room number. Drag operations in the list to change the order.
A whole run is one entry in each model's Undo list (FlexiData: <file>.fdc), however many
operations it contains, and the report after the run has an Undo this run button that takes it
all back.
Every recipe is such a chain.
