Frequently asked questions
Product
What does FlexiData do?
It fills, corrects and organizes parameter values in Revit by rules you write once: 19 operations such as Set Value, Room Data, Map Values and Unique Identifier, saved in one .fdc file and run on thousands of elements at once.
Which Revit versions are supported?
Revit 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027. One installer sets up all of them.
What do I need to install it?
64-bit Windows and Revit. The installer works per user, without administrator rights. The Configurator runs on its own, without Revit.
Does it create parameters or change geometry?
No. It writes values of parameters your elements already have — shared, project, family or built-in. It never creates parameters, changes geometry or writes to linked models.
Can my whole team use the same rules?
Yes. The rules are one .fdc file: share it, and everyone runs the same standard on every project and every Revit year.
Is it available in German?
Yes — the whole interface and the manual, switchable at any time.
Trial & licensing
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with every operation and setting.
What does it cost?
€249 a year — or €174 a year at the early-bird price for a limited time after launch, locked for 3 years of renewals. Licences added later are €249 a year. One licence includes the Configurator and the Executor, every operation, Revit 2023–2027 and both languages. See Pricing. More than 5 licenses? Request a quote.
Can I get my money back?
On a first-time purchase, within 14 days, for any reason — see the Refund Policy.
Who handles payment and invoices?
Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. It adds VAT where it applies and issues the invoice.
Data & safety
Does FlexiData send my model anywhere?
No. It never reads out or sends the content of your projects. The only connections it can make are license activation (the license key and a pseudonymous machine fingerprint, then about once a day while a key is in use) and, if you switch it on, an update check — see Your data.
What if a run writes something wrong?
The report after every run shows what was written, what was not and why, and Undo this run takes the whole run back in one step.
