About Base Point Labs

Base Point Labs builds tools for BIM coordinators who spend too much of their week on parameter data. Our product, FlexiData, writes, corrects and organizes parameter values in Autodesk Revit by rules you set up once.

Why FlexiData

Every project needs the same data work: room numbers on furniture and equipment, levels and grid locations on columns, classification codes from a table, marks that follow the office standard. Done by hand, it takes days and is never quite consistent.

FlexiData turns that work into operations — 19 of them, from Set Value to Map Values — saved in one .fdc file. The same file runs on every project and every Revit from 2021 to 2027, so a standard written once is applied the same way everywhere.

It grew out of real project work in Revit, and every operation exists because a project needed it.

Who we are

Taras Vyslotskyj, founder. Taras started as an electrical engineer and has worked in BIM for more than ten years: as BIM coordinator, then head of the BIM department and BIM process owner for Central and Eastern Europe at Bilfinger Tebodin, and today as BIM manager at a German TGA (MEP) engineering firm. FlexiData is the tool he kept wishing he had on every one of those projects — so the parameter work a team does by hand is done once, by rules, and the same way every time.

Base Point Labs is a small, independent company based in Ukraine, working with architecture and engineering firms across Europe.

How we work

  • Your model stays yours. FlexiData never sends model content anywhere — see Your data.

  • Nothing changes without a trace. Every run ends with a report of what was written and why, and can be undone in one step.

  • Documented in full. Every window, operation and setting is in the manual, in English and German.

  • Built with users. New versions follow what teams ask for — see What’s new.
